Holy and merciful God, in your presence we confess our sinfulness. You alone know how often we have sinned in wandering from your ways and in forgetting your love. You alone know how we do not bat an eye or shed a tear at the evil around us. Have mercy on us, O Lord, for we are ashamed and sorry for turning away from the pain and hurt in the world. Forgive our sins and fill our hearts with your Spirit. Amen.

ALL ARE INVITED to the BBQ after the worship service. We will also be celebrating those with birthdays in July, August and September.
OUR FLOWERS are given by Kathryn Schneider in loving memory of her mother, Phyllis Schneider to mark the 10th anniversary of her death on September 8.
We thank Nathalie Wang for serving as our organist today. Nathalie studied organ at the Royal Academy of Music in London at the Julliard School of Music. She has performed in recitals in Shanghai, London, Denmark and New York.
