Circle of Friends
The Circle of Friends is a group of women from Church on the Hill. We usually meet the first Wednesday of each month at 7:30 in the evening. We are just friends, and enjoy sharing in fellowship. Our meetings are also for planning activities for ourselves such as a show or concert at Tilles Center, Murder Mystery Dinner, Dinner and Opera at La Viola's or sometimes just a movie on a Sunday afternoon.
The highlight of the year is our fundraiser, our 2nd Annual Bus Trip on Saturday, October 6, 2007. We will ride on the Essex Railroad and then cruise the Connecticut River. Lunch will also be included. Our other activities include a fall and spring Sunday brunch after church. We have been meeting at a local restaurant and we have a large group attending. It's great to get to know that person who sits across the aisle from you every Sunday!
